Position Summary:

Serves as primary clinical information systems resource liaison between patient care areas, ancillary departments, IS, system vendors, and physicians.

Training and Continued Education

Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees. 

Minimum Education

  • Graduation from a school of nursing and hold a current RN license with the Virginia State Board of Nursing required.
  • BSN degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in nursing required.

Required Licenses

  • Current RN license required.
  • BLS required.
  • Experience documenting in an electronic medical record required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
  • Highly organized and well-developed oral and written communication skills.
