This position resides at our Highpoint Health - Sumner location, located in Gallatin, Tennessee. Highpoint Health - Sumner operates as a 167-bed healthcare facility and provides quality care in numerous areas, including cancer treatment, cardiac care, same-day surgery, orthopedics, diagnostics, women's health and rehabilitation services.  Highpoint Health also serves our hospitals in Hartsville and Carthage, Tennessee as well as multiple physician practices.

Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Assist CNO and other executive team to accomplish organizations mission and vision.  

Reports to: Market President/CEO and Market CMO


Minimum Education
Doctorate degree in Pharmacy required
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer skills required
Required Skills
License: Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with the Tennessee State Board of Pharmacy
Minimum Work Experience
3 years pharmacy experience, preferably hospital based. 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or hospital pharmacy.
