·         $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 Commitment-incentive bonus OR sign-on bonus

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

·         Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire.

·         ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire (based on unit requirements)

Minimum Education
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing - Required
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer proficiency required.
Required Skills
Certifications:
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required to be current upon hire.
ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required within 6 months of employment, if not current upon hire
Required Skills
Licenses: State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure – Required
