As the IT Coordinator you are the primary resource to develop, coordinate, maintain, support, and optimize local enterprise infrastructure to ensure stable operations of the organizations IT assets. Operations including connections and integrations with corporate, remote, and cloud resources. You will work with network analysts to maintain and iteratively improve servers, end-user devices, network integrations, system resiliency, client environments, and documented standards with current best practices.


Required Skills:

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Maintains focus in an open office environment under extended stressful situations and take appropriate action.
• Demonstrates knowledge of automation through scripting, protocols, and current standards; as well as proficiency with a wide range of standard infrastructure software and systems (e.g., Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS SQL, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, NPS, Radius, NTFS, Windows Server (Including Core), VMWare, SolarWinds Orion, Enterprise backup and disaster recovery, Cisco IOS, Cisco NX-OS, Brocade, HPe Blade system, Citrix XenApp, Switching/Routing, VPNs, and SAN management

 

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, informatics, or comparable experience required

5 years of experience maintaining enterprise infrastructure and managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs. etc. preferred

Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware such as servers, routers, bridges, switches, hubs, modems, network interface cards preferred

Experience installing network cabling preferred

 

Position Details:

1.0  FTE (40 hours per week)

Day shift

Weekdays only

On-call rotation
