Lifepoint Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate, creative and goal-oriented Director of Business Development to join the team at Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital and have an immediate impact on expanding on our success, growing our services and fulfilling our mission of improving the lives of all we touch.
As a Director of Business Development you will:
Develop and implement effective marketing plan for achieving budgeted census, patient mix, referral, and contact objectives timely and appropriately.
As a Director of Business Development you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in related field with related communications/marketing experience. Master’s Degree with Clinical Licensure is preferred.
Clinical licensure preferred, i.e. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, RN
Three to five years of full time work as a marketing representative, nurse liaison, or public relations experience is required.
