Position Summary:

Performs a variety of MRI tests for patients of all ages.  Applies principles, theories and techniques of magnetic resonance scanning to provide reliable test results in a safe manner.  Ability to work with patients of all age groups (neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric).

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology or MRI Technology or Nuclear Medicine Technology, 240 clinical hours associated with MRI education program requirements, ARRT RT (MR) or ARRT RT(R) and MRI Board Certified within 1 year of date of hire, CPR Certification, Ability to meet patient age-specific needs – pediatric (ages 1-2) thru geriatric, Ability to perform multiple tasks yet meet deadlines, Ability to professionally communicate with patients, physicians and fellow employees, Ability to apply technical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
