Position Summary:

This is a Remote position!

Responsible for generating daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports, for any of the 7 Access Point programs.

·Acute and Behavioral Health Transfer Centers

·Behavioral Health Contact Center

·Centralized Scheduling

·Hospital Scheduling

·Medical Answering Service

·LBS Contact Center

Essential Job Functions:

·Gather, manipulate, and massage data from source systems (e.g. Five9, Bizagi, Meditech)

·Leverage data to create and publish reports, that show the operational performance of the Access Point programs

·Ensure the integrity of all data - implementing processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders

·Leverages analytical skills to identify “the story” data is telling - to point out areas of opportunity, necessary change, and ways to improve how work takes place.

·Partner with internal and external clients to gather and understand business requirements for new reports

·Transform such requirements into effective, efficient, and maintainable data-based solutions

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience: 

·Executes on tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables in a timely, efficient, effective manner.

·Delivers data via reports, dashboards, or other vehicles that is accurate, clear, concise, and in alignment with the consumer’s requirements.

·Employs a logical thought process to execute the work, acting with a sense of urgency when appropriate.

·Communicateseffectively with stakeholders (operations leadership, peers, etc.) via appropriate communication methods. Leverages strong listening skills during interactions and uses appropriate language and etiquette to build rapport.

·Is ready and willing to take on additional responsibilities and demands based on business needs.

·Contributes to the culture of excellence and leads by example as a member of the Access Point team (positive, reliable, upbeat).

·Adheres to Access Point attendance guidelines.

·Is a proficient user of Windows Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel.

·Has previous exposure and experience with contact center operational metrics.

·Demonstrates critical and analytical thinking.

·Is able to be highly productive independently, as well as a member of a team.

·Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical) and in a wide range of settings.


Qualifications

Qualifications (in addition to the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities mentioned above):

Required:

·Bachelor’s Degree or higher

·Minimum 5 years professional work experience

·Proven success and progression of responsibilities in past roles

·Comfort level around working in a remote, virtual environment

·Proficient user of Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

·Experience as a Data Analyst

Work Environment and Travel Requirements:

This is a work from home position.

Minimal travel required.
