LifePoint Health is recruiting for an Solutions Delivery Manager, Enterprise Transformation to join our team! This is remote position.

Summary:

Provides coordination of projects focused on transforming and optimizing processes by using technology driven solutions.  The Solution Delivery Manager will ensure that project scopes are clearly defined, systematically executed, and results oriented.  Ensures sucessful adoption and implementation of automated solutions by stakeholders and end users.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides oversight and helps manage projects for the LifePoint Intelligent Automation team as prioritized by executive leadership. Lead project team members and other project resources.
  • Ensures overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of complex and cross-functional project oriented work efforts.
  • Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the solution delivery timeline.
  • Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintains processes for reporting project status and trends to executive leadership

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with others at all levels to achieve results. Understanding of how to craft messaging specific to business and IT needs for team members and executives.
  • Ability to create project collaterals that are fresh and forward thinking in design and layout resulting in easy to consume information for meetings and communications.
  • High level of emotional maturity and ability to quickly understand what team members need in order to be the most efficient in their project team roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills; exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks and projects with little or no supervision.
  • Knowledgeable of the agile solution development life cycle and key components of project work.
  • Ability to work in sometimes ambiguous situations, helping to bring clarity and guide teams to best solutions and the best path forward.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively manage roadblocks and keep projects on track for delivery.
  • Experience with overseeing projects where coordination and facilitation of IT deliverables was required.
  • Ability to recognize risks, develop mitigation plans and escalate when needed.

Qualifications

Licenses/Certification: Nice to have:

  • PMP Certification
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certifications .

Experience

  • 2 years of combined business and IT experience resulting in project management leadership skills.
