Position Summary:

Responsible for coordinating tasks, schedules and risk management, along with administrative duties, and maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. Works closely with managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develops project plans, goals and objectives in collaboration with clinical and business leadership; milestones, timelines, and resource planning.
Sets priorities given resource constraints, facilitates meetings, monitors progress against established timelines, ensures documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Manages expectations and coordinates work of internal and external resources that support the project; identify and engage appropriate stakeholders.
Develops draft budgets, and enterprise project management tools to track resource allocations, and other plans to support these projects.
Works collaboratively to create metrics and standards/dashboards for the operational team to measure effectiveness and improvements with various projects.
Identifies gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays, and challenges assumptions in areas of risk management and mitigation

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree
Master's degree (Preferred)
*Years of relevant experience may be substituted for required education.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

PMP (Project Management Professional) (Preferred)
Minimum Work Experience
3 years clinical information systems (Preferred)
1 year project management experience (Preferred)
