Job Summary:
Provides clerical & support and Spanish translation for Occupational Medicine Clinic.

A Medical Office Assistant who excels at this role:
- Responsible for front office procedures.
- Back office responsibilities.
- Responsible for other office duties.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, patience and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- Strong computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Creativity, problem analysis and decision making
- Ability to work varied shifts
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred.
- Strong clerical skills, including keyboard and basic computer programs
- Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
- Good communication skills in dealing with general public on phone and in person.
