How you'll contribute:
We are looking for a dynamic Medication Reconciliation Technician who is passionate about helping others and is a team player! Duties include:
- Provides distributive pharmacy services, assistance and support for the registered pharmacist.
- Collects accurate home medications lists for all inpatients.
- Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
- Fills medication carts on a daily basis.
- Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
- Repackages bulk medications.
- Collects accurate home medications lists for all inpatients
- Deliver medication to the proper patient care areas in an accurate and timely manner and within established guidelines.

What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Must be registered with the State Board of Pharmacy upon hire or within 30 days of employment in position per state guidelines or be actively enrolled in a College of Pharmacy.
PTCB certification required
