Clinical Coordinator (RN) 

Status/FTE: FT / 1.0 FTE

Shift length: 8 hours

Start Time: 0700

Unit: Preoperative and Endoscopy

Schedule Requirements (including weekends, holidays): Mon-Friday, no weekends.

Required qualifications:

  • Current state RN License
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider and ACLS and PALS within 3 months upon hire 
  • Recent Charge Nurse experience
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills required

Preferred qualifications:

  • BSN Preferred
  • Recent Endoscopy/Preop experience preferred

Additional Information/Department information: The Clinical Coordinator for Preoperative and Endoscopy Services is a key leader responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely flow of patients through the pre-op and endoscopy areas. This role supports clinical operations by coordinating staffing, overseeing patient preparation, facilitating interdisciplinary communication, and assisting with procedures when needed. The coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced procedural setting.
