The HR Business Partner provides a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders and staff, both on and off campus, throughout the hospital and clinics.  The HRBP works in partnership with the HR Director to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle-related issues, including but not limited to change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth and retention, development, and coaching.

The HRBP will assist in driving the goals of the HR department and be a visible leader not only to the HR team, but across the entire organization.  The HRBP will provide expert guidance regarding employee and labor relations, analytics, and general support for approximately 1,200 employees, travelers, and contractors.

If you have a passion for people, extensive employee and labor relations experience (including contract interpretation and conducting investigations), possess a high level of customer centricity, a strong work ethic, and an "all in" perspective to achieving results, this is the perfect position for you!

Successful candidates will have a minimum 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in a Business Partner capacity.  Previous union experience is preferred.

This is a full-time position working 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.  May occasionally require night/weekend work hours to support a 24/7 operation (i.e. conduct investigations, counsel, etc.).  The HRBP must be on-site and have the ability to travel off-campus to clinics in the Missoula area as needed.
