Essential Functions 

  • Ensures that referrals are processed and completed in a timely manner.
  •  Maintain ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on referral and authorizations.
  • Contact organizations and insurance companies to ensure prior authorization requirements are met.
  • Ensure complete and accurate registration, including patient demographics and current insurance information.
  • Works independently and manages work time and resources effectively
  • Works effectively under pressure handling demands from multiple sources professionally and courteously.
  •  Exemplifies a team concept.
  • Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
