Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Willamette Valley Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in western Oregon, is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated inpatient Behavioral Health team.

Position Highlights

• Join a well-established 10-bed inpatient Behavioral Health Unit

• Previous experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is required

• Additional coverage and support provided through Tele-Psychiatry services

• Monday-Friday schedule with shared call responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for new admissions

• Provide daily management and treatment of patients in the Behavioral Health Unit

• Evaluate and manage psychiatric conditions in hospitalized patients

• Provide psychiatric consultations for medical-surgical patients

Collaborative Care Environment

Our Behavioral Health team values teamwork and communication. The successful candidate will work alongside a skilled group of professionals, including:

• Registered Nurses (RNs)

• Behavioral Health Technicians

• Social Workers

• Activity Therapists

• Tele-Psychiatry providers and physician support
