We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Assistant Director of Physician Services. The successful candidate will assist the Market Director in enhancing quality of care, optimizing operational efficiency, and facilitating various components of the revenue cycle process. This position will directly oversee operations at the Wound Care Center, Radiation Oncology Clinic, and City of Wilson Clinic, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with organizational objectives. The Assistant Director of Physician Services will work closely with clinic leadership to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and provide ongoing staff training and orientation.


Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with demonstrated proficiency in clinic operations and revenue cycle management.

· Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and reimbursement processes.

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals.

· Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information system
