Teaching position at Wilson Medical Center’s onsite childcare facility. Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans, supervising and caring for children, communicating effectively and professionally with parents while providing a safe, nurturing environment. Supporting and working effectively with other teachers and staff to maintain an engaging daily relationship with both children and families. Come work where relationships are built on trust, communication and support. Where teachers’ ideas are encouraged and supported. Where children and families are nurtured and cared for daily. Benefit packages include medical, dental, vision, paid time off and paid sick time.


Qualifications - External

Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent Required
Associate’s degree Preferred 

Required Skills
Experience working in a licensed childcare center preferred.

Required Licenses
Other
- Must obtain a CRC Letter Qualifying to work in childcare within 60 days of hire.
- ITS SIDS (if working directly with children 12 months and younger, within 2 months of hire for all other staff).
- BSAC if working directly with school-aged children
