Position Summary:

Assist with monitoring and supporting the clinical software applications used within the organization.  

Essential Functions
• Assists in the development and implementation of Clinical Applications
• Serves as a liaison between clinical staff and the department for Information Services projects.
• Contact person for clinical software issues.
• Works with clinical staff to identify and communicate information service needs.
• Trains users on clinical information system functions.
• Tests software updates.
• Rotating call schedule for off-hours support.
• Provide Day-to-day support of Clinical applications

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Two years of college is required
An Associate’s degree is required
Bachelor’s degree is preferred 
 
Required Skills
Knowledge of Meditech, Clinical applications, computer operating systems, project management and clinical workflows.
 
Required Licenses

Must have an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, Radiology Science, or a related field, with current professional licensure in North Carolina required.
