Position Summary:

Provides seamless communication between internal/external callers and performs prescribed duties following emergency codes, keeping an accurate log of all interactions.

Minimum Qualifications
 
A high school diploma is required. 

Minimum of one year’s experience in an office setting, preferably in a console attendant or receptionist role. Previous experience with multi-line console equipment is preferred.
