Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Director is responsible for all pharmaceutical services within the hospital and hospital owned clinics.

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION

  • Graduate of a college of pharmacy required. PharmD preferred.

EXPERIENCE 

  • 5 years pharmacist experience required
  • 2 years leadership role preferred
  • Previous hospital setting experience preferred

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE

  • Must be licensed (and in good standing upon hire) in the State of Iowa as a pharmacist.
