    Position Summary:

    Minimum Qualifications: The Clinical Director of the Women Family Center provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise within a defined service line, and is responsible for the implementation of the vision, mission, plans, and standards of the organization and nursing services. This position is accountable for the 24 hour operational management of a 4 bed LDR and maternal triage, 14 bed postpartum, nursery, and 4 bed pediatric unit.

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
    • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration and/or Nursing Administration is preferred.

    EXPERIENCE 

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related clinical practice.
    • Clinical management/leadership experience preferred.

    CERTIFICATE/LICENSE

    • Current RN Licensure in the state of Iowa or compact state nursing license giving the ability to practice In Iowa.
    • BLS certification.
