Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate all imaging procedures. Specific duties include:

  • Scheduling imaging procedures, coordinating and communicating about patients with specialized procedures.
  • Checking procedure diagnosis to meet medical necessity.
  • Uploading Black Lung images to Niosh from both Castleview and Emery Medical Center.
  • Sending and tracking Mammography letters to patients.
  • Faxing and tracking all positive mammography results.
  • Keeping department meeting minutes. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire.
