JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resource Director (HRD) is a strategic partner to the Facility CEO and other leadership team members, responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives.  Our STRHS-Winchester and Sewanee campus locations include a combined 198-bed acute and skilled care facilities along with more than 20 employed physician practices and more than 750 employees. The HRD is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of Human Resources, including: employee relations, talent acquisition and assessment, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development, policy and procedures; and managing a team of HR professionals. The HRD reports directly to the hospital CEO, while receiving direction from the Lifepoint Division HRD. 


Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

Master's degree is preferred

Minimum 3-5 years acute care hospital human resources leadership experience required.
