JOB SUMMARY

 Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems and structures throughout the facility.


Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Preferred: Graduate of a program in discipline; as an example, career training in HVAC, plumbing, or as an electrician.
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a multi-skilled trade. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC experience preferred.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Required to complete the Driver History information for the Fleet program. Required to provide current active personal car insurance information and pass the background check for the Motor Vehicle report.
Required Skills
Maintain a valid driver's license prescribed by the state that is appropriate for the vehicle type operated by the driver.
Must provide and maintain proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum limits of $100,000 per person/per accident, if using a personal vehicle on company business.
Use all safety devices and/or comply with safety regulations, including and referring to seat belts and cell phones/blackberry, when they are on duty. Drivers must ensure that seatbelts are worn by all occupants of the vehicle. Comply with all state and federal vehicle operation laws.
